Easy chicken fry

Nothing much to say about this Chicken fry, its super easy and simply yummy. Chicken fry can be entered as a starter or a side dish in a dinner menu. Its a crispy deep fried chicken recipe that can be served with Indian rice or other flat breads.
Preparation time- 25 mins


Ingredients

Chicken- 500 gms small pieces
Curry leaves- 1 strand
Red Chilly powder- 1 tbsp heaped
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour powder- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil required for frying

Method
Take all the ingredients except chicken and curry leaves in a mixing bowl. Mix everything into a smooth paste, if required add some oil.
Marinate chicken in this mix and add curry leaves. Keep for atleast 20 mins.
Deep fry chicken pieces until they turn golden brown
Serve it hot :)

PS:-
  • I used coconut oil for frying, any refined oil can be used.
  • If using Kashmiri chilly powder add 1 1/2 tbsp or according to your taste.
